Over the past few months, with layoffs happening across the startups, MNCs ecosystem, something interesting kept happening.
Friends, former colleagues, and even people we had never spoken to before reached out with the same question:
"Do you know any job openings? It's becoming really hard to discover jobs."
Many assumed we were a recruitment agency. We're not.
We're an ATS built for startups.
But those conversations made us realize something:
The problem isn't always a lack of jobs. it's that many jobs are buried in careers pages, difficult to discover because job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed charge hefty pricing.
Many startups, SMBs hire directly through their own careers pages without posting openings on the major job boards.
So over one weekend, we built an open Job Search Engine that indexes startup and SMB career pages directly, shared in reddit and got overwhelming responses.
Since then, we've expanded it to cover major cities across India, with 2,500+ active jobs and growing.
We're continuously adding more companies and cities, so we'd love to hear your feedbacks.
I like that the product emerged from repeatedly seeing the same discovery problem rather than starting with the assumption that another job board was needed.
I'll be interested to see which kinds of companies consistently generate the highest-value opportunities through the search engine. Those patterns often reveal what the product is actually becoming.

The interesting part will be seeing whether better discovery changes how people approach job search, or if the fragmentation problem itself is the main value to solve.
