I lost my main dev contract last week so I got a lot more free time at the moment. With said time I've built https://www.brandalf.co as a place to find tools for your brand, but also to discover new areas that your business might not have considered.
I've pretty much finished my "launch checklist" but I'm kind of hesitant on what to commit to at the moment. What would bring in an audience and revenue?
Some ideas I've been considering are affiliate links or ads, but I've not really got the traffic at the moment to make a case for that.
Another idea is to add some novel tools but that also takes time with no guarantee of return, so any ideas or insight you may have would be most welcome.
Hey, this looks like a great product to go viral on producthunt.com, try your hand there. Also I think during this recession a lot of people will be starting businesses, side hustles and gigs. They will need a tool like this to fast track their company and brand. You now need to find them.
The most likely source would be LinkedIn. LinkedIn ads may convert higher than you expect on something like this. Also if you really want to go for gold, target companies that just laid off a lot of people. Chances are one of them are thinking of starting a business.
Some feedback on the website, I know what the services are that you have listed, but if I was a beginner, I wouldn't know where to start. You should consider laying the front page out based on need and not service.
For example. "Need a Flyer? - check out these services Canva etc.. Starting a Youtube channel? - here's some stock music and videos for your channel. Starting a podcast? - check out these services etc."
In your current layout I only would know what these services are if I read the fine print, which slows me down.
I hope this helps, and good luck.
Wonderful, and thanks for the tips! Some great info there.
