Hey everyone!
I started a project of building high-end add-ons for Notion. I developed the first two based on the problems I suffered from (you can check them out on https://notionist.app).
So, I wanted to know what workflows, you guys would like to implement on Notion but you can't due to its limits.
Thanks :)
Honestly, my number one barrier is where do I make a new page? I feel like I have to have a plan for where things live in order to even create a page.
Database permissions at row level.
Thanks for your suggestion! I will digg this issue a little bit :)
But at first glance, it looks not easy to solve technically 🥲
Here is a problem I wish is solved.
I use Notion for notes on my projects, and part of that is using it as a to do list.
So I use the checklist feature a lot, different pages have different checklists.
The problem? there is no way to overview my checklists.
I wish it can tell me, these pages have x checklists done and x left - and a way to auto hide or archive done checklists.
I know I can use tables for something similar but that’s not what I want.
For the moment I suggest you can use a global database for your tasks. Each task is related to a project. And so on each task you will be able to show the number of tasks done & remaining. It's less practical and visual but more scalable :)
Very interesting thank you Faisal :)
the product I’m working on sounds like a perfect fit for your needs! https://www.trycarton.com
Honestly, there are a few moments, but, nevertheless, I use it for my own projects or my life organizing
I can’t figure out how to organize all the documents used by all the people where I work (approximately 50 users). Everyone just puts stuff where it makes sense to them. The Notion search is okay, but not great.
Mmhh thanks! Very interesting use case
Very cool! I'd like to see better integration features with Google sheets.
Trying to understand :) what is your use case?
Or if you have any idea don't hesitate to share it :)
