Built for the African market and beyond, Alterlight makes reading affordable and profitable for both writers and readers.

Who We're Looking For

A full-stack developer with experience building modern web applications from scratch.
You’ll be our founding engineer, building the MVP with clean UX, regional payments, and minimalist design.

Your Skills

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Next.js, Tailwind CSS

• Backend: Node.js or Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL or Supabase

• Payments: Paystack, Flutterwave (micropayment logic)

• Auth: Email login, JWT/session handling

• Bonus: Experience with Figma, MVP builds, African markets

What You Get

• Founding engineer title

• 10–15% equity (negotiable based on commitment)
