Love it! Works well on mobile for me.
The only suggestion I would make is to set a minimum number of chars before it searches.. like 3 or 4. On slow mobile it drags a bit as I'm typing.

You took interviews out of the menu?!! You can squeeze another icon :) I think it's an important part of the site.
Agreed they're important, but traffic to the new homepage and the forum is growing much faster. Still, I tried to keep navigating to the interviews easy — trick is to just double-click the menu icon and you'll get there.
I don't see a search box on this page. When the page loads, I see a magnifying glass at the top of the page for half a second, but then it's gone. OSX/Chrome 61.
Mind posting a screenshot of what it looks like? Without seeing a screenshot, my first guess is that it's a caching issue. I need to do a better job handling caching, but in the meantime you can fix things by holding down shift and clicking the refresh button.

Good job, it's great! But in my opinion, UX is missing some stuff. I would add a loader and fix the "empty" and "zero data" state. Waiting for results without a loader is always confusing.
