My name is Olek and I'm a co-maker of Difree.

What's Difree
Difree is Chrome extension for distraction free rich text editor. As focus and concentration is precious, we think building the extension helping writing in focus and concentrated space is a right thing to do.

What's the problem we wanted to solve
Since the Day 1, our goal was to create a distraction free space for writing when one can focus on one thing and one thing only - writing. How about people working on more than one text at a time?
We wanted to cover that, too. There was a challenge in front of us. How to keep Difree simple and focused on distraction free aspect and in the same moment let manage several things?

What's the solution
This is the moment to thank HEY - email provider from Basecamp. They inspired us with their solution - Imbox.
Once you open your e-mail, you decide what to do with it (nothing, mark to reply later, set aside etc.). When you do nothing, the e-mail is automatically marked as seen and it's hidden behind the curtain. Literally, because it looks like curtain.

What's the solution
That was the solution we were looking for. We wanted notes in Difree to be:hidden so they don't distractand easy accessable with a single click

How we did it
With the new version,

1. You can add your text to the Notes with a single click.
2. You can access your saved Notes with a single click.
