October 2022 metrics for ScreenshotOne.com:
🤸♀️ 1500 (-200) unique visitors
📸 32960 (+10161) screenshots taken
👌 2.93% (+0.87%) landing page conversion
🚀 9.09% (+3.38%) conversion rate to paying customers
😻 9 (+4) paying customers
💰 $155.8 (-$5.1) revenue
A few thoughts:
- The traffic dropped a bit because I wasn't actively promoting the project, and I have shifted focus from Twitter to Google.
- The project is stable enough to take thousands of screenshots without bugs.
- I assume that the conversion rate has increased because of the landing page redesign. I will continue working on it.
- Regarding the conversion rate to paying customers, I am a bit shocked by the numbers in a positive sense and don't have any ideas on how to explain the improvement.
- The project has signs of growth, and people use it the way I haven't supposed.
- Revenue change will be reflected in the next month, I hope.
Plans:
- Continue working on SEO—increasing positions for main keywords.
Improve the landing page.
- Assess new areas of product development and if I can pivot to another niche or not.
Congrats Dmytro!
At this point, would you have done something different in the past?
Thanks, Lucas.
It depends on the period of time you are asking about.
I would choose a larger market, definitely. I feel that the niche I chose doesn't grow quickly and limits me.
