Offering 3 Pro months in exchange for feedback to DevOps/SRE engineers

I'm trying to get the first users, I've had people sign up but none coming back to use my product, I've been personally using it and find it nice so wondering if you guys knew anyone that could be interested in it. (https://waterdeep.io/)
The market that I think this can be helpful for is DevOps and engineers that spend the majority of their time in servers and running scripts, maybe also SRE engineers, so if you know anyone that I can get in touch to see if this is useful for them I'd be really grateful. I'm trying to get ~5 users and see what their feedback is and really focus on making them happy before trying to get any more users.
These users will get 3 months of premium if they are willing to provide feedback and respond to some questions I might have about the platform.
Also on a side note, has anyone tried something like this before to get some users?

Hey Yasu, I know you didn’t ask but I’m going to give you some feedback. I’m a part Devops engineer. I would encourage you to think about the following -
Hiding a Saas product behind a login is a crime. Why not give the opportunity for visitors to give the product a go without having to log in. For example - repl.it
You are essentially trying to replace Apple notes for me, since that is what I use for this kind of work. Your pricing model is too expensive. 9$ a month is way too much for the features you offer.
I think your idea has scope but you need to add more features such ass
possibilities to save scripts on users google drive
taging labeling scripts
I can think of some more too

Free for single user. Paid for teams/multi accounts.
Made it free for single users and added a coming soon message for when I add more features for teams + other stuff

No Problem, Also I just read your guide from the footer and learned about your water cli. That is pretty cool. Maybe don't hide it under the footer :). You should prob have a animated terminal showing water cli usage on the landing page.
Another feature - Provide a self hosted solution that people can use locally. I want to use your product but only if i can store my scripts locally/cloud.
Emphasis on security !
As for the GIF I'll go ahead and add it to the landing page, definitely agree it should be more prominent
Theres a tool online that will turn a terminal screen seesion into an animated gif thats pretty cool. Maybe give that a shot.

Yeah. But to start with just make it open ( no login) and free so people can use it and give water cli a shot. That'll be a good path to inital idea validation.
If idea validates and people like it. Then you can work on vault and other features.
I'm an SRE, and I've been a DevOps Engineer before too. As well, I've been a regular dev. I personally would never use such a product because my shell (zsh + oh-my-zsh) history is quite robust and remembers commands for me, and will match a partial command whenever I push up to sort through them to find a previous command. Plus, I just copy and paste whenever I ssh into a host.
That's not to say someone wouldn't get value from this (or your next iteration). But clicking around to remember a command is less appealing to me than pushing the up arrow key a couple times without leaving the shell window.
The one use case I see for this is one you are working with many different cli's , I tend to write one liner commands. I can see this as tool that I would use to store context in when I switch machines but still need to acess my one liners.
Yeah. I thought maybe some kind of cloud based shell history gimmick might be a better approach, but it isn't a huge pain point if I have access to the host with the command.
I haven't done exactly what you're describing, but in the past I've offered free license to users with a blogging presence if they would write a review - positive or negative. It didn't work - most people just ignored me.
There are users who provide feedback and love doing so, and there are the vast majority who do not. Nothing you can do or offer will entice those who are not interested in engaging to engage. And those who do provide feedback - the pre-early-adopters, or visionaries - don't need an enticement to do so. They do it because that's who they are - especially when it comes to technical users, which yours are.
You'll find these people by posting on the places they hang out. "I've built something new, what do you think."
