Offering free management and career coaching sessions to 5 people who provide feedback
Hi everyone!
I'm James and through the years I've worked in leadership positions across IBM, startups, and Google.
Throughout this journey myself and fellow leaders have noticed common patterns concerning improving career outcomes whilst maintaining wellbeing; requisite feedback loops are infrequent, ineffective and unstructured.
This is especially relevant as more of us start working remotely and receive less feedback now than ever.
Our initial approach to tackling this problem is "BetterMeetings". A suite of tools that seamlessly integrate with your existing workflows, store data locally and provide automated feedback loops to help make meetings a "solved problem".
We're building this product as we're passionate about helping others succeed whilst maintaining wellbeing. As part of this commitment we're offering 30min free management and career coaching sessions for 5 respondents to our product survey selected at random one week from now on 8/12/2020.
