Hey. A few days ago I offered a free SEO overview, and more people showed up than I could help.
Today I have a slightly lax day at work, and I figured I'd try out something similar.
If you have a specific question or something concrete you're wondering about in terms of SEO, feel free to ask. I can't promise to help with everything, but I'll be happy to try.
The more specific the question, the better, but don't worry too much about it.
Hey thanks for taking the time. I am new to SEO and trying to get an idea for a budget we should commit to SEO.
What do you think is a good budget to have for a single site and how would you breakout the various expenses associated with SEO?
Hey. That is a very broad question, I'm afraid, and without knowing more about your business, I can't say much. However, a few good indicators are:
Hey!
Thank you for doing this. So I have just launched my product (https://parsewire.com) and I am running a few ads (Google & LinkedIn). However, there doesn't seem to be any traffic at all.
I have only added a few meta tags to my website and nothing else in regards of SEO.
What do you recommend for total SEO newbies? Do you have any suggestions for my particular product?
Apologize if my questions are too vague.
Hey. Det design looks nice, but a first step is definitely to manually optimize your page titles (the blue headline that appears in search results) — and preferably according to related keywords you've found during your keyword research, though this might be a bit advanced if you've never worked with such things before.
https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/ is one place you could start, if so. It can show you the search volume of specific keywords and -terms, and it can also show you which, if any, you currently rank for.
I do recommend spending an hour or so looking up 1) page titles, 2) search intent, 3) request indexing in Google Search Console.
If you don't already have Search Console, it can be a bit daunting, but the simple act of manually requesting indexing and, hopefully, seeing results a few days later can really help guide you on the path forwards.
