Offering free website audits

Hello Everyone!

I’m a UX/UI Designer and Product Manager, and I’m trying to see if consulting is my calling, so I’ve decided to start practicing, and I need some test subjects.

We are doing this thing on SideProjects.net where we are leaving free feedback in the form of feedback-videos & comments.

SideProjects.net is the testing ground my friend Sakun and I created to practice giving feedback. The goal is to build our reputation up until we can start charging for feedback.

I can give feedback on UX/UI, product strategy, and graphic design. I’ll try my best to get to everyone who posts for the feedback videos. I’ll for sure leave a comment on all of them.

There are a couple rules:

  • I prioritize the order I give feedback by when you post, but also by how well you describe your project.
  • Projects must be posted to sideprojects.net
  • Anyone who posts a link to a video describing their project will automatically get a video feedback no matter what, regardless of the order they posted their project.
  • After I leave a feedback video, the first 3 people who respond to my feedback in the comments on the post will get a free 30 min 1-on-1 session where I review your product in depth.

That’s pretty much it! Looking forward to seeing your projects :)

        thanks :) as I wrote on sideprojects.net I will update copy based on your feedback ( copy / english is the weakest part of service), my thoughts:

        • you can make something like pros and cons inside post / description video, that will help users what can they expect in the video (authors will watch them but other users wanted to read about this service)
        • great that is your first contact with service, you don't know what to expect so you are a new user and author can see what issue you have when you scrolling

    Hey there Donji, this is a very generous offer, thanks for providing this for the Indiehacker community.

    That being said, I'd love to get feedback for my team's project - Ryeboard. It is a modular workspace that enables efficient collaborative workflows by compartmentalizing your content into easily shareable "cards". Cards can be placed in different virtual boards and will synchronize automatically if an edit is detected. They can also be shared individually like one would do when sharing single files. This allows for efficient modularization for diverse teams or allows individual users to easily integrate existing content into future workflows.

    We are really excited about Ryeboard and would love to get your feedback on this.
