Odd beginnings
What started out as an amusing "silly" side project turned into an actual service that I think could be useful to a lot of start-ups and indie devs.
I built this to satisfy my passion for naming products and side projects. Now, instead of having to build out a side project just to give it a cool name, I can simply do that for others!

I actually ended up going down a rabbit hole checking out cloak.ist (didn’t even know that was a TLD!). The clean look is great and I’m a huge fan when product pages cut through the BS.

Thanks a lot! Really appreciate it. Yeah, the fair city of Istanbul gives us the .ist TLD. It's not available on GoDaddy or Namecheap, had to buy it through some properly crap other domain service. Worth it though in my opinion!
I actually think the landing page could do with quite a lot of work...think I'm going to give it an overhaul in the next month or so.
Hey, this looks very interesting! Do you have a process to come up with the names?
I'm asking because I'm just now launching domain.garden, helping to find creative names using all the new domain name extensions. I see you're also some unique ones like .dog :D We might be interested in a somewhat similar thing.
The "process" is basically determined on what each potential client is looking for (how serious they take their company, what they offer, what separates them from their competition, etc.).
After that it's just me working through some concepts in my head / pen and pencil and trying to have fun with it :P
I love the concept of domain.garden BTW - the site is really fast for quick searches. I will be using this in the future 100%
