Offline privacy aware recommendation systems

Hey guys,

I would like to know if startups are looking for recommendation engine pipelines that are open source, easy to integrate and most of all MAINTAIN USER PRIVACY.

These would be based on edge computing so will be dirt cheap as compared to cloud hosted solutions.
