OK, so I built a product for Standups -- feels like I should post to this group

Years ago my teams were awful at communicating. Really bad. I saw some engineers doing an agile standup and I thought "why don't we do that? But different and in a more simple format." So I created a simple daily standup format where each person talks about ONE GOAL every day, and reports on its status the next day during the meeting with the whole team. This isn't for devs. This is for all business teams. Initially I created spreadsheets to track the goals but now I've built StandupPro...my first IndieHacker-ish startup. Love feedback from this group.
