Ok to post same video content across multiple social platforms?
What's the etiquette on posting the same piece of video content onto IG stories, TikTok, Snapchat, YT stories, etc? I feel like that's a little taboo on Tiktok. Is it better to repost content across a bunch of social video platforms or just focus on a few and make exclusive content for each of them?
I say definitely go for it, if people see it in two places then whatever, but chances are they won't too often if ever. I publish things, videos or articles, everywhere it is allowed. Now with that said, sometimes articles ARE taboo, or even restricted to being published on one website, but that wouldn't be social, that would be more places that are industry news. Also, I'd recommend if possible making multiple cuts, for example twitter only likes 2 minute and 20 second videos, IG likes 1 minute videos (I think that is still the case, minus IGTV at least).
