Old vs new - Pricing page. Feedback for cash

I am in a hurry, that is why I am ready to pay for your time.

We are facing the concerns about All-in-one tool.
A lot of people want to use the feature they need, others sure that All-in-one does not mean high quality.
Got it! New model and new pricing page.

Does anybody want to share some thoughts on the new one (it's MVP for now)?

I know that you visit at least one pricing page every day - you should have a great experience.

the current one is here: dashly.io/pricing
the new one is: https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_ky0Rd7Q=/

    Hi Roman,

I'll be honest, I'm immediately confused. It's formatted in a way that makes me expect to see:
Free Plan / Startup Plan / Premium Plan

But the prices of the first two are the same, which makes me think that that's not the case?

It doesn't look like you have a free tier from the pricing page, but it says 'Start for Free' at the top of the page, so I'm not sure whether that's a free tier or maybe a free trial?

I think the issue may not be the page itself, but potentially the pricing model itself.

Is it possible tp simplify it to something like this?
    1-1,000 visitors- Free
    1,000 - 10,000 visitors - $99/month
10,000 -100,000 visitors - $250/month (with an additional charge for every 10,000 above this)

It might not be that straightforward, but people don't always know how many users they will have, so having a very simple roadmap for scaling would be less daunting.

Hey Jon! Thanks for that. We will have a new Pricing Page release on Friday, do you mind have a look at that then? I would better jump in a call with you to make live testing (like we always do). here is my calendar, pick the best time for you on Friday or next week: calendly.com/dashly/roman

I'm not sure when I'll have time for a call, but I will definitely give your new pricing page a look when it's done and let you know what I think.

I look forward to seeing it

Hi Roman, I made a video on my youtube channel that explains how to build a pricing page that converts (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wemAlHDKe9w)

but unfortunately I can't access the "new one" on Miro, it's asking me to sign-up?

Keeping the pricing aside, I feel doing this is not a good thing. All-in-tools only succeed if they are truly all-in-one with good enough quality.

If you are cutting features to reduce pricing, you are getting the worst of both worlds. You are still paying for a tool (that is supposedly all-in-one) but for only feature - when there is a competition which does this much better and charging money anyway.

totally agree with you. Dashly team is focusing more on the chat messaging part for now and most of the users start to use Dashly from live chat part. That is why we separated two functionalities and also make the Automation plan like an all-in-one for more grown companies.

I do not find this like a bad thing - the quality of both parts is great - enough to compete with the market leaders
