On demand marketers/technologist for SMBs

Looking for feedback on a concept i'm working on. It's a solution/platform where SMB owners/marketers signup, enter their existing technology stack (optional), enter task they're working on via chat or ticket, then get paired with an expert to start working on the request right then- on demand.

Reduces the time/effort in sourcing experts from freelancer, upwork, fiverr - most comparable to upwork plus.

Starting with a focus on specific mareketing automation tools.

Make specific recommendations on existing tech stack- Get the most out of the tools you pay for, connect the data, helpful tips.

Pricing model - Monthly recurring/flat rate hourly

I'm having trouble sorting out the tool/software side from the service component- and how to cohesively tell that story. The software side approaches the likes of a VMS for marketers/SMBs that allows them to sync data, goals, challenges, software + vendor teams.
