Having relevant information right at your fingertips through easy, accessible training videos is like having a library in your own cubicle. It puts you in total control.
I started working on Trainch, a platform to train with employees, for employees. Empower employees to teach each other, based on their own experience.
To empower learning by making on-demand training accessible through employee-created content.
