On-demand work - a slight twist on software contracting

Hello fellow IndieHackers,

This is the third version of the landing page for a new idea I've been working on. The post for the previous version was here: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/any-software-contractors-or-freelancers-looking-for-work-part-2-8a3a1d346d. I've taken feedback from the comments over the last two versions to create two separate pages: one for the "Companies" looking for talent, and the other for the "Talent" looking for work. Comments from previous posts also seemed to miss the uniqueness of "talent pools" so I've tried to expand on that with a "FAQ" (also based on questions I've encountered when talking one-on-one with companies).

I would love to hear feedback on the idea from freelancers and contractors, and if there are any startups or companies looking to hire, would especially like to hear your thoughts.

Also, as a contractor, you can sign up and setup a profile - this will take just seconds to minutes because the idea is just to collect together links to other existing online profiles like LinkedIn, GitHub, etc. I want to note though that the implementation sort of ends here for now - after you create a profile, there isn't much else to do at the moment.

But know that when you create a profile, it shows that you are interested in this way of working. It allows me to show companies that there are freelancers and contractors interested in this way of working, and its flexibility. As I talk to companies, the biggest part of bringing them on board with this is that I can say there are people interested in working this way. This is the reason I'm OK to put this out there with this basic level implemented.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts, and for those that create a profile, hope to be able to contact you with companies interested in adding you to a talent pool.
