On what platforms do you advertise your community?

I am finding it challenging - besides bringing in my current network, many Facebook groups don't allow posting links.
How do you actually get to people who want to join your community?
[I know that I need to know my niche, be consistent, bla bla bla. No slogans please. Actual tactics 🙏🏽]

I create blog posts and then I basically post the same thing to reddit.

Then at the end I drop a link saying that if you'd like to subscribe to my newsletter click here.

Of course this might not work in all subreddits. Your post might get removed because of that link depending on which subreddit you post in.

      Will try that, thanks!

I run Hive Index, a discovery platform for online communities. Check it out, and feel free to submit yours. It's free! Would be happy to list it and help you find new members in your niche.
