One man startup failed

Hello all this is my first post here and im new here as well. wanted to share my opionion and my experience about startups. i created SURF.AZ news aggregator in 2014 it worked until 2018. it was news aggregator built from scratch not using rss parser. i did parse it in codeigniter 2. News sources was about 200 news portals. minimum user per day was 150 and maksimum was 20 000. for 4 years i gained 76$ from google ads only. and one time banner ad for 300$ . I participate in local accelerator as well for 1 year. as i saw fb changed algorithm websites traffic went down as well my project. then i shut down my first startup.
