Hi,
@akaushik
I think the finding the right people for projects is a very big and painful problem for many people, so good on you with the direction you are moving in!
A few thoughts:
Your landing page left me feeling unclear about:
a) WHAT you do (solution)
b) WHO you do it for (audience)
My bet is that you are struggling to figure out which side of this two-sided marketplace to start with.
The general rule is to start building the side of the marketplace that you understand most deeply.
For example, I help a friend with a project that matches people with projects.
They have decided to focus on building the 'talent' side of the marketplace
https://beam.hr/ before going after the 'business/enterprise' side of the market.
For now, it's a manual process to enroll companies who want to access talent.
Focusing on one side of the market first, can help clarify thinking and generate momentum, which is fundamental to progress.
Get me?
Hope this helps. Good luck!

But I'm not sure what your solution is.
Your solution should be very clearly stated in your subheader.
"Right now I am working on finding the right set of features, retaining users and promoting the platform."
I say:
Focus on the one most important thing that enables everything else to flow downstream.
If you have users, the most important thing for you to work on is to figure out what obstackels
our job is to give your happy customers the tools they need to promote your platform.
It's as if you read my mind!
a). WHAT you do (solution) - The platform helps students to create their project and find teammates. If they don't have an idea and want to join other projects they can search for projects.
b). WHO you do it for (audience) - Actually I had initially thought of keeping it open for everyone. But since I myself faced this problem in college, so I have now focused only on college students.
Absolutely, I am currently in a state of confusion right now as to how to proceed. Since I have faced this problem as a student, I would focus on this side of the marketplace, i.e. solving student's pain point.
Right now, what I am confused about is that, when I show this to my college folks, they love the idea, but people aren't using it, so something is lacking, hence I am brainstorming of new features to retain users.
Also marketing this product, it's tough if you don't have a good following. I am trying to gather a good following.
What would your suggestion be, which way to proceed?
Thanks a lot for your time
