One of my affiliates referred a paid user! 🎉💸

I launched the beta of the Penname affiliate program this month and have been slowly adding new affiliates. Finally, one who just started this week has already referred three free users and one paid user.

Lessons learned:
Encourage affiliates to review the product: This affiliate is the only one of 10 who has written a review post.

Celebrate: When he published his review article, I celebrated the affiliate in our affiliate support community (powered by @preetish's Tribe community platform). My hope is that this encourages him and other affiliates to keep doing similar work.
