One parent company with multiple apps?

Hi all,

Imagine you are running a bunch of apps (JobBoards, SaaS, and eCommerce) as a sole proprietor.

Question: Would you register each app as a separate business entity or a parent entity that would have each of these apps as its product/services?

Will you use this parent company to approve your Stripe/Braintree accounts or a separate approval for each app?
