One thing users taught me after launching GhostPrompter

When I first started building GhostPrompter, I spent most of my time thinking about the technology.

The transparent overlay.
Voice scrolling.
Performance.
Making everything feel invisible.

After launching and talking with users, I realized something surprising.

People weren't asking, "How does it work?"

They were asking, "How does this fit into my workflow?"

Some use it for sales demos.
Some for interviews.
Some for presentations.
Others for online teaching.

That shifted how I'm thinking about the product.

Instead of only adding features, I'm focusing on making GhostPrompter adapt better to different ways people work.

Building in public has reminded me that users rarely care about the implementation—they care about whether it solves their problem.
