Only 13 signups from 800 pageviews, what's wrong with our landing page?

Hey guys,

We recently launched on ProductHunt, and got a decent amount of traffic (+- 800 views) from the launch.

However, I feel like the conversion rate on our landing page could be better. How can we improve our landing page? What do you not "get" when viewing the page?

Drop me your thoughts, and share your landing page also - I'll share my first impressions/suggestions and let's help each other out!

let Happy Customers tell the World- this is not good.

Hey Scott, thanks for the note - why do you say that? Is it confusing?

Because that is the most important real estate on your page. You have 3 seconds to get my attention. Telling me 'let happy customers tell the world' tells me absolutely nothing of what you are.

        What do you do?
Visitors to your site give feedback of what they like and don't like, correct?

        Also this is confusing:
"Capture online reviews, social shares and customer feedback with a feedback link."

If users have to use more than 1% of their brains to figure out your site you are done for. Think about how to word this, put yourself in the mindset of a brand new visitor... what does this visitor want.

Brilliant, thanks Scott. This gets me thinking.

Run a Lighthouse Audit, you will find loads of oportunities for improvement from the performance side. For instance, your images are slowing down your site quite a bit. Switch to .jpg or .Webp You could also compress the images with TinyJPG.

This is only based on my quick scan of the LH Audit I did.

    Hope this is useful.

This is roughly 16% conversion rate, why would you think this is bad? I’d love to hear about other SaaS landing page conversion as well. To me it’s looks like a good ratio.
