Only took 30 cold calls - first two customers

Hi Everyone :)

My partner and I recently started a digital agency business helping local and online businesses with setting up their website, paid marketing channels (FB / Google) and social media automations.

Glad to say after just 30 cold calls we've found our first two local customers :) As an introvert, cold calling initially was not my strength but finally nailed down the pitch and I'm confident in the service I provide so I believe that's translating to better results!

Recommendations:
-Cold call in the morning - 9-11:30AM
-Have a script ready until you memorized it and are comfortable with the product / pitch
-Found all the leads from our local Chambers of Commerce. Lots of local businesses and potential leads :)
-Track conversations, calls made, and next steps (we're using Airtable as a CRM). You can't manage what you can't measure.
