Open source vector search and LLM prompting

txtai (https://github.com/neuml/txtai) is an all-in-one open-source embeddings database for semantic search, LLM orchestration and language model workflows.

Two of the most popular use-cases are vector search and retrieval augmented generation (RAG), also known as chat with your data. But it has much more functionality such as models for summarization and translation.

txtai is written in Python and it's one of the easiest ways to get started in the AI/Vector Search/RAG space. If you'd instead prefer a hosted solution, then take a look at the txtai.cloud (https://txtai.cloud) preview.
