OpenAI API "Hello, World!" Program

As indiehackers we will need to start thinking about incorporating OpenAI (and other AI platforms) into our apps, if you aren't already.

Below is a brief tutorial and code for requesting OpenAI to create a "Hello, World!" program using their API playground. I was motivated to make this because some of the official examples in the documentation was giving me an error. Just in case anyone ran into similar issues or wants to test out the API, see below 👇

Access code here: https://github.com/michaelsynan/open-ai-hello-world

Once you're comfortable with the API and have your development environment set up the docs have many other examples you can work with.

Please star and follow on GitHub if you found this helpful! 😁

I will be posting more tutorials in the future!
