OpenAI's newest model Sora can generate videos --- and they look amazing (3 minute read)
OpenAI has unveiled Sora, a generative AI model that creates video from text. Given a brief --- or detailed --- description or a still image, Sora can generate 1080p movie-like scenes with multiple characters, different types of motion and background details. Sora is not yet public as the company says it's working with experts to probe the model for exploits.
SpaceX files to move incorporation site from Delaware to Texas (2 minute read)
SpaceX has filed to change its incorporation location to Texas from Delaware, according to public filings. This following a Delaware Chancery Court ruling that ordered Tesla to rescind the Elon Musk's 2018 pay package, worth about $56 billion in options. Neuralink, another one of Musk's companies, has also begun moving its location of incorporation from Delaware to Nevada.
A Time Crystal Survived a Whopping 40 Minutes (2 minute read)
A team of physicists in Germany managed to create a time crystal that demonstrably lasts 40 minutes---10 million times longer than other known crystals---and could persist for even longer. Time crystals are structures whose lowest-energy states have highly ordered patterns (periodicity) in space and time.

Two Ethereum DeFi traders just made $120m using a strategy called 'looping' (3 minute read)
A pair of high-value Ethereum traders are up nearly $120 million today as crypto prices continue to jump. According to analysts, two wallet addresses, 0x28 and 0x74, have used various lending protocols to increase their exposure to Ether. Combined, these wallets hold over 1.1 million in Ether and staked Ether derivatives --- worth $3 billion.
