Opinion on the Zignal Platform?

Hi everyone! Have you used the Zignal platform before? I'm currently using it for the Vaccine Communication Tracking (VCTR) Project where I analyze the theme/trend of vaccine misinformation. I have realized some of the "sentiment" label is misleading especially for sarcastic comments. Have you experienced similar issues before, and if so, are there any ways to modify it? Thanks so much!
