Opinions about: Portal where people share opinions about online courses

Hi guys,
today I started my first personal project, a way to practice some tecnologies that I learned these days (I want to do something in node and react native).

My project consist in a portal where people share opinions and rating about online courses. I know that Udacity, Udemy and some other big players already have their own ratings and reviews systems, but a lot of courses that run in property platforms don't have this and isn't a good idea to trust only in the sales page testimoies.

The MVP will be simple, the users can register, find the course in the database or register a new course and left their opinions and ratings about it.

I think I will monetize this by adSense... Can you tell me what you think about this the idea/project? And how could monetization be better?
