Not really helpful. -- He doesn't give a single example for how to write a file name or alt text that resulted in "20k" clicks (over what period?) ... the video has 4 vague bullet points, that't it.

To be honest I never even thought about using image SEO for our forms backend https://fabform.io . This is something we should investigate.
Would you say the file name is the most important? I've used alt my whole digital life and never seen a massive uptick. Filenames is interesting though.
