We want to help small firms launch here:
After years in the e-commerce industry, I developed a good sense of what some shops are doing wrong: i.e. no upselling/cross-selling strategy, no abandoned cart emails, complicated order forms, no shipping time estimates, no livechat, etc.

So I decided to offer free advice to any business wanting to ship with us in the UK: after all, when they sell more, we make more money!
