Order management app for F&B

I'm exploring the idea of building an order management software for restaurants, cafes and takeaway outlets that wants to avoid fees from being listed on platforms like UberEatsnand Deliveroo.

It would be a simple application that cost $25 a month to use. Customers can browse the menu and place order for food. Food businesses can accept orders, payment, manage orders and delivery. They would need to have their own delivery staff.

I have been speaking to a few restaurant owners. Their responses are mixed. Some prefer to handle the orders using pen and paper. Some are using tools like Google forms, spreadsheets to manage orders and using chat apps like WhatsApp and phone calls to take orders from customers.
