I built Order Modify to make post-purchase order changes easier for both Shopify merchants and their customers.
Merchants can edit orders directly from Shopify admin, while customers can self-serve eligible changes from their order status page.

• Customers can update shipping addresses
• Change quantities or add/replace products
• Modify product options and discounts
• Update shipping methods and contact information
• Invoice access and order cancellation
• Configurable editing deadlines
• Merchants control which customer features are enabled
The goal is simple: reduce support tickets while giving customers more flexibility after placing an order.
