Organic traffic boost from 400 to 6K+

My website https://brainturk.com that I have stopped working on but is on an autopilot mode has been getting a massive spike in organic traffic from around 300 per day to 6K per day for the past few days. Not sure if there was any change from google. Is this for the short term or what can I expect in the future?
