Hey everyone!
I've been a big fan of a bunch of creators and newsletter writers (some of whom I've paid for, like trends.vc), but I've reached a point where there's really more information than I know what to do with.
Was wondering if anyone has any thoughts with regards to managing knowledge gained from reading, or if there are any interesting products that you use to organize and manage your newsletters
(p.s. have even started my own: insight.interseed.co. we write about entrepreneurship to tackle climate change and pollution)
I’ve been feeling this a lot, and with other types of content too (YouTube, social media etc.). I’ll definitely be watching this thread closely to see what others are doing.
I’ve started to aggressively unsubscribe from things I haven’t checked very recently, but I can’t help thinking there’s space for somebody to build something to solve this problem. I have no idea what though!
The best solution I've found so far is by a YouTuber named Ali Abdaal, where he outlined how he has a bunch of apps to capture, organize, and distil information with the intention to create content out of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhpY1frNqdA
But I can't help but feel that there's a better way, and a low hanging fruit is organizing newsletters and content that I'm already paying for that comes directly to the inbox. To the drawing board I guess!
That's also quite a big (pain) point for me as well. And with the huge creator economy movement going on, it's likely getting worse.
