A bit of context: A few months ago I started working on a algorithm that takes people data (linkedin & other sources) and turns them into organizational charts (see example). I coded this for an organizational research class, but I though that it could potentially be useful in sales and recruiting too, for understanding clients' organizations and/or benchmarking.
I shared the project on the r/consulting sub and it got a very positive response. With 450+ upvotes, getting us 100+ beta testers who’ve been giving awesome feedback. This positive reaction inspired me to get to work and build out the product.
I’m super excited to see initial customer exciting about my product “calling it minimal viable. Can’t wait to validate it fruitier and get closer to PMF!
I’m new to product-centric growth since I come from a B2B background.
What would you recommend for a marketing/ growth strategy at this early stage?
