Built and run profitably for 18 years, it's used by businesses that need a fast, reliable way to alert staff or trigger a response the moment something goes wrong — no VC funding, just a real, bootstrapped operation. Currently in the middle of a major modernization: rebuilding the admin portal, migrating infrastructure, and shifting core development to an AI-assisted workflow. Also exploring a REST API layer to serve new markets, including a possible integration with the Bittensor decentralized AI ecosystem.
