Origin Story

Hey there! I’m Matt. After months integrating with several social APIs for various projects, things just got out of control: TikTok needed one auth flow, X another, and each had unique media processing requirements. We ended up building a unified pipeline that simplified development and turned it into Post for Me: a single API for posting to all social media platforms.

We designed an API that scales, avoids unnecessary limits, and allows for really simple but powerful overrides. Basically, we created the tool that we wish we had when we first got started, including:

- Fair pricing → start for free and pay only for successful posts (volume discounts kick in as you scale)

- Flexibility → unlimited social accounts, white labeled with your own brand, bring your own API keys, flexible post composition

For those curious: NestJS backend, Supabase auth & storage, Trigger.dev, Stripe, React Router dashboard

Next up, we're working on official JavaScript & Python SDKs + outbound webhooks when a post publishes. Also, comments and DM's!

Your thoughts on DX, pricing, or roadmap would mean a ton! Thanks!!

Great story! Really interesting work you’ve done to simplify all the integration chaos 😅
One suggestion: you should definitely consider adding Reddit! Posting there is a real uphill battle — between tokens, rate limits, formats… having support for that platform would be super helpful.

Congrats again, and good luck with the next steps! 🙌

Thank you so much! We definitely have Reddit on the roadmap, will keep on posting updates as we add more providers.

Hey Matt, this sounds like a super valuable tool—seriously, the fragmentation of social media APIs is such a pain point for developers, and Post for Me addresses that head-on. and already tackling one of the most frustrating parts of social API integration.

Love this idea, Matt. It’s such a smart way to simplify the chaos of managing all those different APIs — seems like a super quick way to handle everything across multiple platforms without losing your mind. Definitely something I could see saving tons of dev time. Looking forward to seeing how it grows!
