Ottehr - The production-ready, open-source EHR

Available now, completely free.

Ottehr is an open-source production-ready Electronic Health Record (EHR), created with Oystehr, our headless EHR. After launching Oystehr, we recognized the challenges of developing a custom EHR without an open-source starting point.

We created Ottehr as a HIPAA-compliant, telehealth platform, offering secure video and chat, patient waiting rooms and provider management in an easy to fork and run package.

Ottehr is open to all; feel free to submit feature requests or, even better, contribute through pull requests. Our future EHR projects will branch from Ottehr, and we encourage yours to do the same.
