One of our early clients is a real estate firm in Noida, India. Their problem was the classic one in property: a big list of raw inquiries, and a sales team that physically can't call all of them fast enough. By the time a human got to a lead, it had gone cold — someone else had already called them back.
So we pointed Oravaa's voice agents at the top of that funnel. Phase 1 was simple: call every new inquiry, qualify them on budget, location, and intent, and hand the warm ones straight to the human sales team right during the call.
The result from phase 1: leads representing roughly ₹50 lakh in potential deal value, generated from 800 calls over 1 day.
A few honest takeaways:
Speed beat everything. The win wasn't a smarter pitch, it was just being first to the lead while they still cared. AI made "call within 2 minutes, every time" actually possible.
Qualification mattered more than volume. Dumping 500 leads on a sales team is noise. Dumping 40 pre-qualified ones is a pipeline. The agent's real job was filtering, not closing.
Real estate was a better fit than I expected. High deal values mean even a modest lift in lead handling pays for the calls many times over. The math is forgiving in a way it isn't for low-ticket businesses.
Phase 2 is now about follow-up sequences and reactivating the leads that went quiet — which is where I think the bigger number is hiding.
