Our first product - Feedback requested

@julianindrak and I just released the open beta of our first product:
We've always struggled to find passionate people to work with and innovative projects to collaborate on.
Manticraft tries to solve this by providing a platform to bring the right people and projects together.

My opinion, the UI looks a little crowded.. it needs more refining.

Site takes an incredibly long time to load. I clicked the link, it's spinning to load, and I'm typing this comment. Cool idea though, but I wonder how you will differentiate from sites like... I dunno, IndieHackers "partner up" forum?
Thanks for letting me know. We don't have cdn in the front of it yet so loading times may be slow depending on the location. From where did you access the site so I can check?
Basically we want a dedicated site not just for finding your partner or co-founder but also your first team members that don't necessarily want to start their own company but enjoy working on new ideas.
