Our Odd Startup: 3 ½ Guys, No VC, Profitability, and Patience

Hey folks, super stoked to be sharing our story with the IH community. TBH we've hired 2 new guys since publishing this post, but we're still growing slow & small. I'd love to hear similar hybrid bootstrapping stories (product inside agency), or general feedback. :bow:

I feel the same way about our small team's constraints.

It can be difficult sometimes, but it allows to be quick and forces us to prioritize and focus on what matters.
