Hey! 👋
I’m one of the founders of Podtailor, a website builder for podcasts that helps podcasts build a website for their show in just minutes. Our platform automates much of the website management process, importing every episode automatically and creating dedicated episode pages for every episode. We also offer a wide range of features to help grow and monetize podcasts.
We’ve worked really hard on this project in the latest year and have finally launched it on Product Hunt!
Building the product wasn't easy, and I actually wrote a post here on Indie Hackers last week about the challenges that we've faced building the product that you can read here.
However, as a new product it’s tough to compete with all the products that already has a big following. That’s why we’d be incredibly grateful for any support and feedback!

Thank you so much for the support! ❤️
Hey Jonathan, congrats! How did you validate your idea before deciding to start building the product (and actually spending 1 year before launching it?)
@jnthn Just upvoted... Wish you best of luck for your product success.
You got it! Just upvoted.
Thank you! ❤️
Hey man! I have a product that could really fit with yours (currently in private beta). Can we have a chat on discord please? bemcho#4343
Hi Jonathan and the Podtailor team!
Congratulations on the launch of your new product! Just upvoted :)
Seeing a platform specifically designed for podcasters to build and manage their websites is great. The automated import feature for new episodes is a game-changer and will save many time and effort for podcasters.
I also appreciate the flexibility of customizing the website's design and adding extra pages for more information about the podcast and its creators. The features you have included are impressive, especially the built-in blog and the option to monetize the podcast with different payment methods.
The website examples you shared look fantastic and demonstrate the potential for unique branding and customization with Podtailor. I can't wait to see the new themes and features you have in store for the future.
Keep up the good work, and congratulations again!
Thank you so much for the feedback and the upvote! ❤️ Yeah, it was a lot of work to just release the MVP, and we still have some features to do, and create more themes etc etc.
Will always upvote another builder!
Haha, thank you very much! :)
Just upvoted :) Looks great, Jonathon!
Amazing, thank you so much!
Great job and good luck!
Thank you! Good luck with building stuff you too! :)
I am happy to support!
Thank you so much! :) Appreciate it!
Nice project! Congrats on launching!
Thank you so much! Yeah, I'm very excited to launch this project after all the hard work! :)
Upvoted. Congrats on the launch and wishing you all the very best with the new product.
I'm curious to learn what convinced you to build this product?
Thank you so much! ❤️
We wanted to build a website builder for podcasts to make it as easy as possible to manage your site as a podcaster, and we've noticed that a lot of podcasts has websites, but they're spending a lot of time adding and promoting their episodes on their sites.
So, we wanted to automate this by importing the episodes automatically (thanks to the RSS feed API) and add built-in support for adding show notes, transcripts and much more.
It's nice to have a place where listeners (and new listeners) can learn more about the show and their hosts, and make it easy for listeners to find where you can listen to the show, and listing the tools that lets listeners donate to the podcast. It's also great for the discoverability to have your podcast indexed on Google.
Thanks for sharing. How did you go about validating the idea? Since you've spent a ton of time building it, I'm guessing you must have got continuous feedback.
We didn't work on it full time, just a few hours here and there as a side project on nights and weekends. Yeah, we talked to users, and researched a lot before starting it. There's also a few tools that are doing similar things that are doing great!
Awesome work! Did you guys start registering customer info before launch or did you just wait until launch? How are you planning on marketing the service moving forward?
