Hi peeps, anyone got any good recommendation on tools to help improve our SEO? I've looked at using Moz, but everything seems expensive. Our site traffic is poor for what we feel is an awesome site :) www.digitalprofile.com Any recommendation? We've started writing blog content and identified a few keywords to target.
First of all tools are just to find what and where is the real problem, why your content is not working for you. I am sure design is great, but you need to work on speed part a bit.
Also, the real part of SEO is making a strategy to find relevant Long tail keywords with medium/low searches at initially, Optimize the content with keywords, and build links to improve your authority.
I am a SEO specialist and happy to give you more insights to improve your traffic.

Your product and website is well designed :)
I would suggest starting with MOZ bar (free), KWfinder, Spyfu, Google Keywords Planner.
Have a try on Growth Mentor as well. You'll find a lot of SEO gurus!
Thanks for the suggestion and feedback
First like to say I like how the site looks, and the characters you added makes it very appealing.
Now for SEO, you are entering a red ocean congested with competitors. It's extremely hard I would assume to rank your product page alone. For that you need to write more content and have that content linked to and circulating. Good thing is you already have a blog. Bad thing is, when I went to it, it was extremely slow, and eventually loaded two posts?
Either you don't have enough content, or it's not loading for me. I tried two browsers. So probably a good cheap way to build SEO is to start improving on the blog speed/fix any issues, and then write more relevant content. Interviews, tips, strategies, guides, and such.
I do apologize, I mean to be honest and hopefully give some helpful advise :).
One cheap way to find content in demand is to use Google search autocomplete, and Google Trends.
Thank you for the feedback. Will have a look at the blog. It's run through Squarespace so speed shouldn't be an issue. Will find out whats happening.
Welcome and good luck

Hey there,
seems like an XY problem (http://xyproblem.info/) to me.
You're asking for tools recommendation but you do not seem to know what you will do with it.
Will you do SEO by yourself ?
If yes, do you know any of it ?
If no, start by learning. If yes, then you should know already which features/tools you need the most right now, and you can ask a more specific question.
There are TONS of SEO tools out there, it mostly depends on what you need.
Here's a quicklist, but make sure you need them before using them :
Cheers
I'm learning, but will be outsourcing as soon as investment is secured. #notmybag
