QR Jolt was born out of frustration in my family's mechanic shop. We put up QR codes everywhere — on receipts, business cards, even the waiting room wall — asking customers to leave reviews. They'd nod, say "sure thing," and pretend to scan. Or they'd scan but never actually leave a review. We had zero visibility into what was working, what wasn't, or how many reviews we were losing. I watched hundreds of potential reviews slip through our fingers with no way to track, no way to follow up, and no way to prove if those QR codes were worth the paper they were printed on.
