Outlook API nearly broke me… but Talanoa just hit 100 days

This week marks 100 days of building Talanoa in public.

✅ Wrapped Gmail + Outlook integration (finally!)
✅ Refactored code to support future IMAP/SMTP
✅ Crossed 15 full weeks of progress
✅ Still as motivated as Day 1

❌ Marketing + signups were slower this month

But that’s okay. Sometimes building strong foundations takes time.

Also: I lost 2 evenings trying to use AI tools to speed up the Outlook API work…
