Outsourced software development recommendations

All I am looking to work with an outsourced software development shop in India or Belarus to develop an MVP in Banking / Payments. Does anyone have any recommendations? Looking for someone that is smaller in scale and hence economical. Would appreciate recommendations

      I checked out your LinkedIn profile. I am looking someone who has experience in Laravel and nextjs/reactjs. But it seems that your experience is in MS.

        PHP was my favorite language around 2003, then I decided to use something more sensible as I discovered that web developemnt can be way easier, people that stick with PHP are definetly diferent bread :)

          For indie hacking, PHP and react are more accessible than MS technology, IMO.
